Becky Redfearn was born in March 1884 in North Carolina, her father, Edward Ned, was 39, and her mother, Caroline, was 29. She had eight brothers and five sisters. She was employed as the Head Housekeeper/Cook at a private home.
Becky was married to Henry McKenzie. As of the 1940 Census, she is listed as Widowed.
Becky passed the day after she was brought to the Chesterfield County Memorial Hospital, the cause of death was Thrombophlebitis due to Hypertensive Cardiovascular disease and senility. She died on December 11, 1959, at the age of 75, with her sister Susie May by her side. Susie and Becky were extremely close.
